About Ms. Linley Pennebaker Hagen

The Sag Harbor Sisters: Brown Harris Stevens Introduces Stacy Pennebaker and Linley Pennebaker Hagen.

There is no better way to be introduced into the Sag Harbor Community then by meeting our team of sister real estate agents: Stacy Pennebaker and Linley Pennebaker Hagen. The sisters are not only long-time residents of Sag Harbor – they are involved with the community. Between the two they sit on 5 local Sag Harbor Boards, from the Whaling Museum to the Community Housing Trust. In their own words: "We are intimately familiar with the Sag Harbor area; we know most of the local families and their properties."

Stacy and Linley divide their work as real estate agents: Linley is predominately front office and Stacy takes care of the crucial behind the scenes responsibilities. They are known as good listeners and good communicators. According to Stacy, "We explain all real estate strategies. Both Linley and I listen to customer's real estate needs. Our clients never feel ignored or pressured. We find out if the client wants an investment property or if they want to call their new purchase their home. In changing situations we adapt to our client's needs so that we know our client's time line."

Before they became real estate agents, Stacy worked in the New York City photo industry and Linley was the former owner of Provisions, the well-known downtown store. Their social network includes many members of the arts and entertainment world on the East coast, West coast, and Europe. They are sensitive to matters of client privacy as well. "All our customers are referrals." Stacy and Linley are well versed in the latest technologies and are never without the Internet. They return calls in lightening speed and are in constant communication with all parties.

If you want a team of real estate agents who have their finger on the Sag Harbor pulse then contact Linley and Stacy.
